We are able to build robust HR frameworks to excel business strategy. Starting with culture diagnosis and development, we are able to assist in drafting Vision and Mission statements, Core Values, and EVPs.

We can assist in all elements of recruitment and on-boarding, and advise on appropriate tools to support the business moving forward as it grows.

Company wide goal setting is paramount and we can support this by introducing frameworks such as EOS and OKR, ensuring high performing teams.

We are able to draft and implement performance review and feedback cycle frameworks, including 180 manager effectiveness and 360 peer feedback, supporting a learning culture.

As companies scale, it is critical that robust and consistent compensation frameworks are in place. We can help to define compensation philosophy and build compensation and benefit structures, taking into account job descriptions, job families and levelled competency matrices.
